Middle Creek Presbyterian Church extends an enthusiastic welcome, in Christ’s name, to all who would worship here or join us in fellowship. We affirm that there can be no exclusion within the body of Christ. We invite all children of God to join us as Disciples of Christ and participate fully in the life of this congregation.
Additional worship opportunities are scheduled throughout the year (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Lent, Easter Holy Week, etc.)
We celebrate Communion the first Sunday of each month at the 10:20 morning worship service, and on special days during the Christian year, including Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, and Maundy Thursday. Communion is offered in the home to those unable to attend corporate worship. The Sacrament of Communion is open to all who claim Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, whether a member of this church or not.
Worship Aids for when you are with us!
Large print Presbyterian bulletins /song sheets, as well as hearing devices, may be obtained from an usher. A large pull down screen is used for various music, scriptures and special worship aids. Tapes and DVDs Please note that every Sunday the service is recorded. You may borrow the tapes from office where there is a sign-out sheet.
Children are welcome in worship! Children’s bulletins are available each Sunday from the ushers and worship bags are available for active minds and hands. The bags include storybooks for children of all ages, a religious coloring book, and crayons.
Childcare, Under three
Childcare in our Nursery is offered for newborns through toddler-age babies during every Sunday service throughout the year. Time for Children is included in each worship service throughout the year.
As a part of the membership process, Baptisms are typically celebrated the upon request. Any members desiring to have their children baptized may contact the church office for more information. Baptism is also provided to prospective members who have not previously been baptized.
